FLYWAY OF LIFE PREMIERE

Celebrate Earth Day with Explorers Club member, photographer and filmmaker Tomas Koeck with the launch of a wildlife book, the corresponding Canon USA gallery show, and the centerpiece, the film premiere of Flyway of Life.

Join Tomas and other TEC NE Chapter members for an evening celebrating the Atlantic Flyway which is the stream of life that balances ecosystems throughout the entire eastern side of North America. Without it, life would cease to maintain its balance and productive ecosystems would grind to a halt. The evening will explore several unlikely relationships along this massive migratory chain that stems from South America and arcs out as far as Alaska. This full-length documentary feature focuses on the Flyway but also encompassing many conservation movements led by pioneering individuals from esteemed scientists to inspiring indigenous leaders.

The night will start with booking signings for Koeck’s latest book at the Bruce Kershner Art Gallery in the Fairfield Public Library, a red carpet, and live music. Stay for the premiere of the film, steps away at the Sacred Heart Community Theatre. You can purchase tickets here.
